Job Title: Data Entry Clerks(Salary,Kes45000P.M)

Data Entry Clerks Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Information Technology or Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognized University/institution of higher learning.He/she should have the ability to update and edit new and existing databases, analyze information, compile information/data in different formats, summarize and compile data for standardized reports, file documents and reports. Additionally, he/she should be proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, keyboard skills etc. Knowledge and experience with an ERP system such as Navision will be an added advantage. Job Title: Graduate Trainee( Salary,Kes 55,000P.M)
Location: Nairobi,Mombasa & Eldoret
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries of direct invoices.
- Paying suppliers; Verify approval on all invoices, scheduling and preparing checks.
- Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
- Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos
- Issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Verifies supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation
- Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
Qualifications for the Graduate Trainee
- Bachelors degree or its equivalent from a recognized university and or CPA 1 or 2
- Entry level position 0-1 year experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details

•A proven record in the delivery of business sales targets
•Motor Trade knowledge will be an added advantage

•At least six months of sales or vehicle sales experience
•Must be excellent at communicating information to visitors and enquirers
•Possess good dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality
•Must be able to sell minimum quota according to contract
•Must be aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude
•Should be excellent in sales and building relationships
•Results-orientated and able to work independently and within team environment
