Job Title: Data Entry Clerks(Salary,Kes45000P.M)

Job Summary

Data Entry Clerks Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Information Technology or Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognized University/institution of higher learning.He/she should have the ability to update and edit new and existing databases, analyze information, compile information/data in different formats, summarize and compile data for standardized reports, file documents and reports. Additionally, he/she should be proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, keyboard skills etc. Knowledge and experience with an ERP system such as Navision will be an added advantage. Job Title: Graduate Trainee( Salary,Kes 55,000P.M)

Location:  Nairobi,Mombasa & Eldoret

Responsibilities

  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charges  expenses  to  accounts  and  cost  centers  by  analyzing  invoice/expense  reports; recording entries of direct invoices.
  • Paying suppliers; Verify approval on all invoices, scheduling and preparing checks.
  • Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
  • Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos
  • Issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Verifies supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Disburses  petty  cash  by  recording  entry and verifying  documentation
  • Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.

Qualifications for the  Graduate Trainee

  • Bachelors degree or its equivalent from a recognized university and or CPA 1 or 2
  • Entry level position 0-1 year experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High degree of integrity and dependability

Minimum Requirements
•College graduates
•A proven record in the delivery of business sales targets
•Motor Trade knowledge will be an added advantage
•A minimum of six months experience in sales

Sales
•Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models
•Develop potential buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions
•Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
•Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; offer services.
•Update own job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending seminars and reading professional publications

•Figure out customer’s needs by listening and asking questions

•General clerical duties.
•Handling all email and phone enquiries, (including courier services) dispatch, receipt.
•Receiving and distribution of documents and spare parts.
•Management of the office as whole.
•Facebook Admin for Ndoleta responding to adverts and potential client questions.
•Preparing quotations and invoices.
•Follow up of progress on reported client issues and communicating the same to clients.
•Management of petty cash disbursement and reconciliation, ensure that all disbursed funds are accounted for with all supporting documents and reconciled.
•Ensure that all orders are proposed and delivered promptly
•Any other duties assigned from time to time
Competencies
•A Valid driver’s license
•At least six months of sales or vehicle sales experience
•Must be excellent at communicating information to visitors and enquirers
•Possess good dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality
•Must be able to sell minimum quota according to contract
•Must be aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude
•Should be excellent in sales and building relationships
•Results-orientated and able to work independently and within team environment
•Should be organised and methodical
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent customer service skills
•Must have excellent online research capabilities
•Ability to represent the company at any level
