Airport reservations can be extended in no time.For non-airport reservations please contact the renting location directly. The phone number for the location can be found at the top of your rental contract. If the office is closed, please call back the next business day.
- To be 25 years old (if you’re under 25, you may be required to pay a young driver’s fee, which varies by rental location)
- A valid driver’s license with a photo
- A photo ID (For example: a driver’s license or passport)
Once a reservation is made with Ndoleta Exotic Car rentals we authorize your credit card for a non-refundable 20%-40% of the total rental cost. Also, you can wire or send us the reservation fee. The cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for unforeseen events such as weather and/or natural disasters.
You are not allowed to leave the Kenya or travel beyond 100 miles from our office unless consent is given from the management. Below are some scenarios that are not allowed by Ndoleta Exotic Car Rental:
for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
to exceed any posted speed limits
in any racetrack or road course
by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted to carry persons or property for hire
to push or tow anything
to teach anyone to drive
on any unpaved surface

A confirmed reservation may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours of rental date and time. If the rental is cancelled within 72 hours of rental date, the rental reservation deposit may be forfeited. Depending on the season, our cancellation policy may vary. Please inquire within.
